- ELEri LynDec 31, 20251.0I stopped in to send back a return and online it says a shipping label could be printed on site. When asking the woman worker about it she was extremely rude. Rolling her eyes and acting like I was a bother. Smacking gum and clearly hates her job. She needs a new job because customer care isn’t it. Yuck.🤢

This has been happening a lot more frequently and have never experienced a postal service like this. Kasson's location really needs either new management or to be retrained. Their system is just a jumbled mess since we've moved here.
