- RYRandy YoungDec 30, 20251.0I stopped my mail on-line in mid-December 2025 for an upcoming vacation. Yet, the Hugo, MN post office still continued to deliver my mail. And when after my vacation I went to the Hugo post office to complain and get any additional mail, I was greeted by a woman who had the poorest attitude. Worst post office in America, dating back to when Ben Franklin established the US Postal Service.

Now I have a pkg stuck in mailbox as carrier crammed it in there ..my pkg was paid as a 2 day delivery... I think a refund should be issued..but it wont.. But when calling post office they were very nice and helpful.. Also apologize for inconvenience... Let's see if I get my package today
