It seems like they recruited DMV workers for this location because not only are they rude they are also useless. I might as well send my package off on my own to the exact location because apparently they have no idea how to do that. PS except for the kind woman who sits on the far left with glasses.

I have an image of my mail being delivered but no sight of it in my mailbox. I’ve been calling the office for a week with nobody answering the phone.

I have been a Hopkins Resident for years and definitely love everything about it out in Hopkins, it was recently brought to my attention that someone In this postal facility is a federal theif (stealing packages) and their aware. I had a package sent to me 12/18/2025, I had it set up where my signature was required. 12/23/2025 (the day the package was supposed to arrive) I got a notification from The Informed Delivery app (a national Mail app) stating that it was signed off and delivered. When I returned home from work there wasnt a sticker saying say "Hey sorry, we missed you..." like their usual protocol, yet I received another notification from Informed Delivery stating the package was signed and delivered... Yet I was not home.. so how was it signed and delivered ? Who signed it ? Who delivered it ? 12/24/2025 on my break(09:45 AM roughly)I went to the post office spoke with the supervisor on duty and he said " I'll check the mail drop boxes' it could've been misplaced, I'll contact you but I cant promise you nothing." Day after Christmas (it was closed 12/25/2025), so 12/26/2025 I returned to the post office after work @ 17:40 PM roughyl to get a update status from a supervisor. It was a different supervisor so I updated him from the last conversation with the previous supervisor and he looked up my Information because he had no knowledge on the situation its self what's so ever. He finished running my Information and checked their warehouse for my package. They came back stating the mail carrier that delivered on my route on 12/23/2025 just said "they put the package in the resident mailbox." EVEN though my package required a signature but not only that, the box that it was sent in ; is too big for my residential mailbox. Meaning A .) That supervisor admitted that the mail carrier broke protocol because my package HAD to be signed off on to complete the delivery. Meaning B. ) The mail carrier is sending wrong updates through their system because how would my package be there when it wasn't when I returned home? Than how would it have fit in the mailbox that when I purposely chose a box that couldn't fit in my mailbox... With this being a federal business , them breaking protocol is breaking federal laws. Due the United States National Services failing to follow thier Signature Confirmation protocol I went to the police station next door to file 1708, Mail theft. A federal offense by the way and Im hoping it'll be a theral investigation because we cant have cant someone untrustworthy working in a place or business that we trust, especially a FEDERAL business that we trust. With the United States National Services protocol being broken they should be held replyable for my whole package. Due to the signature requirement I didn't think my package would've been stolen , so I'd rather have my package instead of the insurance because my package isn't even close the insurance and I feel like they knew that because not only did the supervisors give me 2 differnt statements from the mail carrier from 12/23/2025 but they were very persistent about just taking the insurance. This Hopkins location never let me down before up uptil recently, which is mind bothering and it interfered with my WHOLE hoilday spirit. Explain of the box below.
