- KHKyle Hashey5 days ago1.0When Amazon switched from UPS to USPS last year I've had nothing but problems. I've had multiple packages delivered to different apartments. I've had fragile packages delivered in absolute shambles, crushed and ripped apart. I ordered something off Amazon a few months ago that was held bevause it "didn't fit in mailbox" and of course it was supposed to be delivered on a friday "got delayed to Saturday" then never showed up. They did NOT LEAVE a slip to schedule redelivery or pick up. At the start if the month I ordered a small bottle off Amazon that would mist definitely fit in my mailbox THAT WAS EMPTY MIND YOU I CHECKED !! And when delivery "attempt" happened they said mailbox full. Scheduled a redelivery and was marked "delivered" but never was. Went in to the post office and they were absolutely zero help and said they'd call me in a bit after looking... never did... so almost 4 weeks after I ordered said item it was finally refunded. Ordered something on Thursday was supposed to be delivered friday, of course was delayed until today "Saturday" AND WHEN I ORDERED ITEM I PUT SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS TO LEAVE AT DOOR!! because it was a tool I needed to work on a vehicle of my days off THAT I NEEDED IN ORDER TO HAVE A WORKING VEHICLE. and they said "delivery attempted mailbox full" .. I've never seen such a horrible postal service. I hope Amazon switches back to UPS because now im afraid to even order off Amazon.

And when I go to pick up my packages they’re rude. Also I got told unless I’m waiting downstairs as soon as the mail person comes I’m not getting my packages, even if I don’t have to sign for them. That makes 0 sense, lazy workers who just don’t want to do there work and know there post master will save their ass.
