PO staff indicates the sender requested they be returned although the seller clearly indicated rhey were not returnable. The PO is also charging me for the second delivery when i already paid this charge at the time i ordered the items.

And when I go to pick up my packages they’re rude. Also I got told unless I’m waiting downstairs as soon as the mail person comes I’m not getting my packages, even if I don’t have to sign for them. That makes 0 sense, lazy workers who just don’t want to do there work and know there post master will save their ass.
