PO staff indicates the sender requested they be returned although the seller clearly indicated rhey were not returnable. The PO is also charging me for the second delivery when i already paid this charge at the time i ordered the items.

- WLwinter lewisMar 22, 20251.0The mail guy to who delivers to Kelly lake seem to think it's okay to not deliver packages even if it's under his weight limit I should not have to wait til Monday when he doesn't even deliver 90% of the time til 2pm and only delivers what will fit in the mail box. This is straight ridiculous, when he won't try to redeliver because if he has to get out of his car he won't deliver unless it fits in the mail box.

So far, out of all the packages that were supposed to be delivered, only 2 or 3 have actually made it on my doorstep. All other packages said the "customer requested to pick up at a carrier facility," or some variation of that. I - the customer - have never once requested to pick up my packages otherwise I wouldn't have ordered them online. Other times, my tracking information said the USPS was unable to get through the security system "in the building" to deliver the package. I live in a house, so that's just a blatant lie and proves the employees are just lazy. There were a couple days where I was able to stay home and watched the USPS truck drive right past my house without even attempting to deliver my package and I had to pick it up later that day. Why even send the package out for delivery if you aren't even going to attempt a delivery? Why not just mark it as "at the facility for customer pickup?" Why do you continue to employ people who aren't willing to do their job? And these are all assuming they even deliver to my address. Half the time, I have to go to my neighbors for my packages, sometimes having to drive around nearby blocks to find the house that has the door shown in the proof of delivery photo (if they even provide a photo). The USPS is one of America's greatest failures and this branch proves it. Please do better, especially with where we are heading as a society with technology and more remote products and services.
