- MBmark beisselNov 18, 20243.0I don't know what it is but the postal carrier can't seem to shut the mailbox, lifts lid and leaves it. Today its pouring rain I have my health insurance premium and a check in the mail both soaking wet. Envelopes unusable tore check trying to remove. I understand you want to get home out of the rain, but only takes a second to make sure it's closed. If this was an isolated incident I wouldn't be complaining but it's all to often. Please do better!

It was also very easy to schedule an appointment online prior and had many dates and times to choose from (as early as the next day!). The post office is very nice and clean inside. Overall, had a good experience here.
