- MBmark beisselNov 18, 20243.0I don't know what it is but the postal carrier can't seem to shut the mailbox, lifts lid and leaves it. Today its pouring rain I have my health insurance premium and a check in the mail both soaking wet. Envelopes unusable tore check trying to remove. I understand you want to get home out of the rain, but only takes a second to make sure it's closed. If this was an isolated incident I wouldn't be complaining but it's all to often. Please do better!

One of the guys working in the front is very friendly and knowedagle. Thanks for making my experiences here great. I highly recommend going here to ship itmes, and it's so much faster than Fedex.
