However, upon arrival, the staff were unwilling to accommodate walk-ins. This inconsistency between the online information and the actual service provided is frustrating and wastes customers’ time. The staff behaviour matched what I later noticed in other online reviews – indifferent and not particularly helpful in addressing the discrepancy between the website and reality. I strongly recommend that the post office update their website to reflect the accurate services offered, including clear guidance about the requirement for appointments, so that customers can plan their visits accordingly. Overall, service reliability and customer transparency need improvement at this branch.
