- MLM LSep 19, 20251.0For years now, the staff at this Halstad PO have delayed mail for months, not delivered credit cards (considered stolen), ditto other financial instruments, sliced open personal mail with a letter opener and left it like that (spilling out into PO Boxes), and greatly delayed paychecks. I don't know about others who said they had issues with their mail here, but all of my missing mail showed in my Informed Delivery in my USPS account as being in the control of USPS employees, but was then mishandled or missing at, or going to, my PO Box. Other citizens in Halstad over the past few years have told me their mail has similarly been mishandled. Yet, no accountability or morals by this staff. The constant delay, theft and tampering wouldn't be allowed in any other employee role, yet these employees are allowed to continue this, year after year.
- ACAndrew counterMar 8, 20251.0Carrier dose not knock on the door to deliver cerified mail, the carrier also took the redelivery slip and did not redeliver the certified mail. Poor customer service with "pass the buck" work ethic. Opens late and closes early as well as a 1 hr lunch before closing to prevent customer interactions. Post office consistently delivers mail to the wrong address, many times we get mail for people in other cities.
