She was doing me a favor by dropping off several packages for my small business, and instead of basic courtesy, she was met with hostility and snarky remarks. Ty repeatedly and angrily stated that this was a “perfect job for the kiosk,” clearly annoyed that she wanted a staff member to scan in the packages. When she explained why we preferred having them scanned in by an employee, he responded, “the price of your product doesn’t pay for me to scan these in.” This was completely unnecessary and unprofessional — especially considering the store was not busy and it took him no more than two minutes to complete the task. His attitude left my fiancée visibly upset and ruined her day for no reason. As a small business owner who ships frequently, this experience was unacceptable. UPS should be focused on supporting customers, not belittling them.

He makes sure everything is perfect standards before I walk out the door. The staff here are courteous and competent and I will highly Recommend.
