- KDKim DobbsOct 6, 20231.0Rude people EVERY time I go there or have to call about an issue or concern with my mail. Half the time I don't even get MY mail in MY mailbox, I've gotten mail for people across town at an address that's not even close to mine before, I've had random people contact me to give me my mail that was delivered to them, I've reported it and nothing is done about it. Also whenever I have a package I'm expecting, the delivery person doesn't even bother knocking, I've WATCHED him walk up, stick a paper on my door and RUN back to his car, then when I go to pick it up from the post office, I tell the very RUDE lady that the guy didn't knock and she always rolls her eyes and scoffs. The lady who works there clearly hates her job considering how rude and condescending she is on the phone EVERY time I've had to call and interrupts if you even take a quick breath while you're trying to explain your concern. It'd be fantastic if those people could get it together and actually DO their job correctly, but I guess that's too difficult for them.
