- PRPlease be ReasonableApr 25, 20221.0If I could put zero I would I've had damage goods I've had packages sit there for a week I've had packages that she said were sent to the address and there was nobody there and so they returned it come to find out when I check the tracking numbers that the tracking numbers were never even entered in the usps system she writes little hand written notes saying that these packages were returned and when you track the tracking system they never even left town she wants you to buy postage from her only. At a 100 percent markup. The scale is off by a pound.They don't have a scanner for QRC codes 80% shippers will not send to this post office. Now I know why. my customers are charged extra postage on the other end even if I pay for it here that has to happen from this office. my packages are damaged I'm speechless the supervisor in Wells doesn't do nothing about it. Except to say that none of this could be true. So I lost two customers I'm out approximately $900 in 6 months time and that's just the money that I know of. I go to Albert Lea because I'm not going to be extorted or strong armed into paying extra postage on every package that I send.
