My package has been in transit for over three weeks, repeatedly being shipped back and forth between Forest Lake and Saint Paul. I was then told that my package was ready for pick-up at Forest Lake, only to find out when I went there that it was not actually there. This level of confusion and mismanagement has been extremely inconvenient. I hope USPS improves their tracking and communication to prevent situations like this in the future.

I’ve tried so many times a to call them to let them know later tonight I’ll be retrieving my car. And I can’t let anyone in the office no because the phone will not connect you to anyone. It keeps asking the same questions.
