- TATim AdolfsJan 2, 20261.0Horrible service worst ups store i been to.. every time i go theres a line around the building and 1 worker.. i ship alot of stuff and all ways have a prepaid labels .. i cant wait wait in line for 20 to 25 mins each time i ship a part.. being i have a prepaid label you should be in and out pretty fast..need more workers just having 1 one on is ridiculous.. i will not be shipping ups anymore ive been a great customer for ups over the years but time is money and waiting 25 min to send a prepaid package is absolutely absurd

Going so far as to offer multiple solutions to my problem and enacting them right away. While I was working away I was witness to multiple times that Nicholas and Samuel went out of their way to be super kind to everyone that walked through the door! I don't think I will be back as I live in another state but you should definitely come here.

Should put on their website that they're not always there so people don't waste a bunch time driving and waiting in line!
