I have complained several times and it still continues to happen. It is now to the point where I don't trust my postal service anymore. Sad.

- GUGoogle UserDec 9, 20151.0Ordered a 200$ package and they claimed it was picked up by someone with the identification from our address. Both people with that identification were working while it was "picked up". I am almost certain someone at the post office has stolen it. I talked to the post master and she instantly got defensive and basically said there was nothing to do. I asked if there was a theft line I can call and she said "no." That was a complete lie. She also said "should I give my boss your number" I said yes and she demanded to know what I wanted to talk to that person about and I said it was between me and them. She refused to exchange numbers and was basically yelling "call the police". So I did just that. The investigation is still pending. Avoid this place like the plague.
