Day 5 and we still haven't gotten our mail. When ever we try to talk to someone in charge they say there's no one to talk to.

I've had two interactions here in five years and they've both been terrible. You would think a small town post office would be bearable but it's not. I knew it was a place I remembered for a miserly, nickel and dime experience the last time I tried it but I thought, "I've got a prepaid shipping label, how bad could it be?" Don't stop here thinking you will just stroll in and get some quick business done and leave without having them extract a pound of flesh and ruin a little bit of your day. They take it as an opportunity to try to act like a big shot while leeching as much money as possible from both you and the company who bought the shipping label. It's a shame that online retailers ever use USPS for return shipping.

Yup sucks! Small town post office I called To see if they would hold a package and let me pick it up there and was told no! the only way they would hold my package is if I had them hold my mail for 3 days I will be gone for one day and did not want this package sitting outside I don't understand that if it's not on the truck and in this in their office why they just can't hold it and let me pick it up makes no sense but they said that is their policy I should have shipped ups . this is why you here there all ways loosing money.

This post office is unreliable when it comes to delivering packages. They don't actually bring packages to your door and every so often won't leave them in your mailbox if they're small enough. Claim they knock and left a notice, but they don't actually do that. It's incredibly frustrating. Rescheduling a delivery is a challenge since the USPS system is down a lot. They are constantly putting the wrong mail in our mailbox too.

I ordered a package and the expected time was 1-2 business days, it has now been a week. I understood that that was a generous estimate so I waited five days and it still didn't show up, so i went there to see if it was had trouble with delivery. when there, the service was horrible and lacked effort. I came again the next day because the tracking said " Package transferred to post office" instead of, electronic information. they told me that nothing had actually changed. generally a very annoying experience.
