We are constantly having to bring other peoples mail to them or they to us! This is so unacceptable- putting mail in the wrong box should be the exception- not the norm. We should have service we can depend on - I am missing a package once again - hopefully a neighbor will do the mail carrier’s job and deliver it to me!

I seem to be the only person on here that actually hasn't had any real problems with these guys. I order stuff super often and every mail person that's delivered has been great, although often I miss their dropoff times because I'm asleep. When I go in to pick up packages I miss the staff is always polite and helpful, even the single time that one of my packages went missing (which they found the next day on a truck that missed a scan and called me to let me know).

Absolutely awful customer service. They started putting my packages on my deck underneath a bunch of snow instead of walking up our driveway and going to our front door which is cleared they would walk through the snow and put it on my deck I still don’t understand how that makes sense. Since January I’ve had multiple missing packages. And they still even after being told twice of an address switch Still send me previous owners mail.
Update-
It’s been 2 years from last review. I had to call about my lock box for packages being stuck and not opening. Someone answered the phone!! That’s the first plus second was the guy was nice and helped me with my problem with out being rude! I added 2 starts if I would of got this type of service the first time there wouldn’t of been a problem.
