Whats the point of the post office having a stupid number if theres an automated service that answers. Whats the point of people working there if they have automated services

Please do not waste your time with this place. They lost multiple packages that have been tracked and are in the building, blamed it on random issues, and provided no explanation or direction. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place in Faribault ! I wish I could give a 0 star review.

Would give zero stars if I could. My daughter's social security card has been marked and unable to be delivered 2 times now and she is 4 months old!! I went to the post office and talked to them and they didn't call me back. Literally any time I try to call them it just rings and no one picks up no matter how many times you call. Unacceptable!! I shouldn't have to keep going in to social security to request a new card just to have the post office not deliver it AGAIN. This place is a joke!

Ive lived in Faribault since July of 2020, the post office decided to stop delivering my mail october of 2024. Ive been dealing with office of inspector general, consumer affairs, no help the people in faribault get mad and sarcastic about delivering my mail but I currently have the MN DPS helping me and that mail was returned with a sticker 'Vacant' on it, they've been telling me it's not them they deliver, but after getting government agency involved this past week it FINALLY looks like I might get my mail despite this offices games and unprofessional manner, they've destroyed my credit because ive needed new cards delivered to activate since 1st week of March and they whine about my attitude 8 months in of no mail games from them, sarcasm and trash talk from them. But no mail, and now they are going to need to explain who logged in to put Vacant on my mail yet others in my home receive mail in a home obviously not Vacant, instead of delivering my mail they suggest how to co.plain to my bank, and get mad and yell "we deliver your mail it's probably the sorting center" im 8 months in the last 4 have been life destroying over this and they play entitled kid word games over why I cant have my mail there is a lady who answers phone at minimum needs ro be fired at minimum! They are the worst post office ive ever dealt with BEFORE this started and now they are j7st proving all the delays are due to their incompetence any other post office can at least deliver mail, this o e you need to hear their excuses and lectures about you as to why you cant have mail, Hope DOGE shuts this waste down zero stars, they are only employed due to bureaucracy, they be unemployed any real job

i was supposed to get a package delivered on 06/22/2025, said it was out for delivery then got the notification that it couldn't be delivered due to "non accessible driveway". I live at an apartment complex with a wide open parking lot. I have cameras installed at the front of the apartment complex and it captured the usps driver not even pulling into the parking lot but just turning around and leaving. They didnt even ATTEMPT to go into the parking lot which had nothing blocking them from delivering my package.
