  I haven't had any problems with them being rude or disrespectful. When I first moved here and got a po box they would always put someone else's mail into mine. I would move it back but they would just move it back forward again. After awhile they finally got the hint. My first complaint is that it's a government job. It should be considered illegal to not go by government hours and make your own up. I work 8 or more hours a day. I rarely have time to go to the post office as it is. When I am only working 8 hours even then they're closed by 1:30 and I can't pick up any packages that doesn't fit in my mailbox. Another complaint is. They say they're open at 7:30am. I decided to go in while heading to work. I go on the interstate so it's 23-25 minute drive. But when I was there by 7:30am there doors were still locked. I waited 3 minutes and it was still locked. No one would come and unlock the doors. By that time I needed to leave for work before I would be late because of them not following there opening hour. It's not hard to put in effort. Wish they would do that then maybe people won't get so frustrated. I know it's a small town but that shouldn't be an excuse.

  Worst service ever. Available for pickup doesn't mean it's actually available for pickup. I wish everything came UPS.

  Always loses our mail. Very rude. Unprofessional. Refuse to check if our package is there when we get a notification that its there. So lazy!!! Would give them zero stars if I could!

  Absolutely horrible hours, and somehow even worse service. They are only open for 1/2 an hour on Saturday, and they close so early on weekdays that anyone with a job will never be able to pick up any packages. I showed up 5 minutes after they closed and knew I had a package to pick up, and could see several employees in the back, I knocked on the window and they ignored me for several minutes after they finally responded they refused to give me my package insisting they didn't get paid enough. it takes them 30 seconds to grab a package.... For some reason the post office prevents UPS from delivering directly to our door, Anything I order from Amazon I have to ship to a friends house so I can get it in a decent amount of time. I only give them one star cause I can't give them a negative.
