There's no snow, it's not blocked, the driver just refuses to do his/her job. One of us has been home when the notices are left in the mailbox. With rotating work shifts, it is hard to make it to the post office to pick up packages that "can't be delivered" due to the open hours. We are tired of this and just want the mail delivered. We do our job, you can do yours.
