I called about specific mail (college bills) not arriving. 3 were mailed from the University but I never received them. The guy was short, rude and condescending on the phone. Asked the carrier if he delivered all my mail, carrier said yes and that was it. I wanted to check to see if they had anything on hold. They never checked. You can't even file a complaint with the USPS because it goes back to the local office, which clearly doesn't care. Same complaints for the last 15 years that I have lived here

I'm on edge on bringing the items back to the post office as my fear is they won't be delivered or it will take an extra week for it to be delivered with how slow the mail service is out here. I delivered these two packages to the residents myself, but the best part is one was on the otherside of New Market and one was in Elko, so it wasn't just a door down or block down it was the opposite of town. It would be nice if we looked at our issues with the ENM Post Office. I will have a third package being delivered to the post office today once they open to officially complain.
