That being said, my arriving (not Amazon) packages are constantly rerouted to other areas in MN as soon as they arrive here in Elk River. It's super frustrating as I actually pay for shipping, and it's rare that I have packages arrive on time. Example- a package was scanned into the USPS location in Elk River on Saturday, 3 am, and then it was sent to Mankato. It's now Monday afternoon and I see that it's being sent back to Elk River. So much time, fuel, and man hours wasted. If I could choose another carrier, I would, but I can't. But I can see why USPS is losing money every year. Avoid using USPS if you are local and have another option.
