Oh yeah, writing to Tina Smith gets you nothing but a political forum for her to run her platform of excuses. I have had numerous problems/issues first hand, as well as others on our street regarding this carrier. But you know I could write this long drawn out complaint about what we go through on a daily/weekly basis. NOTHING WILL EVER GET FIXED. Because Nobody cares!

I’ve heard stories about clerks being frustrated by that extra step, so I truly appreciate how kind and patient they were. It means so much knowing our invites will arrive safely without getting damaged after I spent so much time to make them beautiful! 🥹
