Fortunately enough, Jill at the office, as well as the delivery driver who was en route to deliver the package, were gracious enough to stop the delivery and hold the package for me until I make a trip down. Communication was great, as Jill was able to intercept the package in a timely matter AND call me back letting me know they got the package back to the office. Thank you for all you do at the post office!

The instructions do not require a second form of ID if the old address matches. After 20 minutes in line, i was told to come back tomorrow with a second form of ID. Fix your system or process! No wonder this place has 2.2 star rating
- LILauren IvesJun 4, 20251.0This location is just horrible. Any questions any help that you need you were just met with immediate disrespect, lazy effort, and in the end no help at all. I cannot tell you how many times is my package has been mis delivered. There is no reason why my package Should be at its final destination at the elk River Postal Service And then magically gets rerouted to Minneapolis because people in the sorting center are too lazy to pay attention to labels and do their actual job. You will sit on hold for hours on hours for someone To just tell you that they can’t help you. I’ve now had four packages saying they’ve been delivered when they were never delivered to my house and I have yet to still receive all those packages. I talked to somebody on the phone saying that they would fix the problem and it has been a year and a half since I’ve heard anything back from them. What a horrible way to represent a company that’s supposed to deliver important services.

But this time they think my house was a business. Why can't they just say there closed instead of making up an excuse that it's my fault they can't get mail delivered on time.
