Edit: Wow, making excuses. I'll assume nothing will change and will avoid this location. They need to figure out their line signs (and probably ropes to guide people) because I was in there today and about seven people came in at once and and people started to get angry that they couldn't get in the door. They might also have to train their people to actually guide customers and to not take ten minutes to do one simple package acceptance (and yes, there were three people in there today and it took all of them 10 minutes to do simple things. I've done this work before so I know what I'm talking about). But really, a clear and simple to understand line system would solve all of the problems.

Place was alright and quick, however the lady I spoke to was quite rude. I just moved here, and have previously only used the UPS store once, to send an item back to my old ISP, which was what I was doing today. The UPS Store I'd gone to last time in Colorado was great, I didn't have tape so they were more than happy to tape the box for me. The lady I spoke to here tried to berate me for not taping it, going off about how it was my responsibility and acted to be gracious enough to give me one whole strip of tape for the box. I wasn't aware tape was so expensive, but also this is a packaging store. Seeing other reviews saying similar things, I'm inclined to go to another UPS Store, should I need one in the future.
