The UPS Store on Vernon Ave. in Edina, MN is without question the most Friendly, Competent, Efficient, and Responsive group of employees and management. Gifston is truly a Gem in the industry and has employed a group of amazing people at this Store. Jaida and her co-workers are always helpful and responsible and its a true joy to bring our many packages to them at this store as WE trust them..... Ask yourself this question: When is the last time you called FedEx or DHL or USPS and an actual Human Being answered? They Answer at this store All the time..... I’ve stopped at this location a handful of times and each visit I’m met with friendly, customer centric staff. Most recently I was in on a Saturday and had to spend extended time in the store to assemble my outgoing packages. It allowed me additional time to obverse the staff. It was a bustling morning and Evan & Chris were incredible with every patron. They worked effectively & efficiently with each other allowing people to seamlessly come in and out with minimal wait time. When customers needed extra time, they offered it without hesitation or irritation. Good old fashion customer service at its absolute best! This location is on my preferred list of UPS stores for drops and needs - Chris & Evan reminded me why. 12/10 recommend this location when you have a UPS need!
