- SDSimeon DavisJan 26, 20261.0By far my worst postal service experience since I have moved. They continuously mishandle deliveries. I have received old mail for old residents when I have changed the names in the mailbox TWICE and the person on our route continues to be lazy and overlook the names in our mailbox. I also have received mail that has been “sliced” open. I have had my package delivered to the wrong house and now they have left my package in a parcel locker WITHOUT a key to open it. I ordered a guitar and now it will just be sitting in the locker until the morning. Getting very tired of the laziness of the person working our mail route. It is very unprofessional and agitating to deal with because I can’t even trust that the postal service will do their job correctly.

The one older shorter gentleman always gives me a "lesson" in front of everyone as I'm saying yeah I taped it the way u instructed twice and all these people are waiting so could we just pay and help these people AS EVERYONE IS STARING AT HIM ToSO I SAY IM SO SORRY FOR THIS TAKING SO LONG IM TRYING TO STAY ON POINT. Everyone sighs and some say it's ok just take ur time. So my point is I truly believe we are all doing our best
- SOShad OwenJan 1, 20262.0I stood in line for 20 minutes and my postmaster didn't listen. I recognize this review is from holiday '25 and the USPS is going through hard times, people are busy. I had a hard time getting the supplies for expedited mail which led to a confusion on my part and a good deal of visible frustration with me on the part of the postmaster. I would recommend some signs with directions (help us help you!), organize that area, stock it, and for all our sake, pick up the trash occasionally at least? It always looks like a disaster area with paper litter everywhere. The third star I dock is because I had two hand made cards that I'd requested be hand canceled and that request was heard and patently ignored.
- AFAmanda FullanNov 3, 20254.0I've gone to this post office (and had my mail delivered by it) for the last 10 years, and while it can be a little slow sometimes, I've never had bad service. The employees have been polite and helpful. My only negative is long lines in December (which is to be expected). I'm just grateful we still have a federal post office service that is cheaper than the for-profit services. Thank you post office staff who make everything happen in front and behind the scenes!
