He’s always respectful, knowledgeable, and takes the time to clearly explain pickup times and when my packages can be expected. Truly appreciate his professionalism and reliability!

For instance on my last visit my order we processing and he was helping another customer. Rather than have me wait, he took the shipment info and printed the confirmation so I wouldn't have to wait longer. He should be training others on great customer service. On another occasion he educated me why my shipment wouldn't make it. I misunderstood the timing constraints and he explained it in a way I could get it. Outstanding service.
