Really wish I had a different courier but I’m suck with them chat. Really hope they get it together here. Stop being rude to customers and give out better response times.

I overnighted an envelope thursday and it was just delivered this morning. The tracking states it was delivered the next day however when getting in contact with the recipient, they stated it was never recieved. Some one is marking packages delivered when infact they never are...
