  They were quick and courteous and efficient. Communications was excellent. They were great constantly notifying me where they were & when they were arriving on the day of delivery. Gave me great confidence in purchasing products from Sam's. Highly recommend.

  I got my dryer delivered in January 2026, and I’m still waiting for them to haul away my old one. I emailed several times, used chat , and left voicemails—no one responded. They said haul-away would happen after installation, but it’s been over 2 months. My old dryer is still taking up space. Horrible service—I would not recommend them.

  First of all, the mattress itself (Casper Snow Max) is definitely a 5 star mattress. I’m not waking up with a back ache anymore. The delivery team was excellent. They worked quickly and efficiently putting together the base, lifting the heavy mattress onto the base, and removing the old mattress, base, and packing materials. I was impressed!

  Delivery and set up went very smoothly. The men delivering our new mattress were on time and professional. I was very pleased, from start to finish, with this company.

  I ordered a bed base from BeautyRest and they use RXO to deliver their products (had I known this I would have gone to a furniture store instead.) Sadly, the delivery was pretty terrible. The guys arrived late/outside of the delivery window. They didn't seem familiar with moving a frame up a two flight staircase and had a lot of difficulty. They dinged my wall and knocked over some items. My biggest annoyance is that they wouldn't move the old bed frame into another room, yet they offer haul away services. It seems like a no-brainer to move something across the hall versus down the stairs and out the door. Pretty disappointed.
