What I mean by that is they could be just nice and not really helpful. For an example. I came up here looking for a lost package because I was told by different post office that's where they sent it and after trying to explain that to the clerk up there after she's trying to tell me oh it's not my job to look for it. I get the manager who was really nice and told me he will help me find my package. Would give me an update that day and also if not that day will give me an update on Monday which never heard from him. Nothing. I did the Lost package thing. Never got to update nothing B. Fatigue

The due date for the documents has passed, which if true, means they caused me to lose my ability to get a $1,752 refund. I'll update this review if the issue is resolved, but it's almost been a month now and the MN Department of Revenue still has not received it.
