Mark was the person who assisted us and has also helped us in the past and he is always so patient, knowledgeable and quick. The store was packed and all the people working had a smile on their face and were efficient and pleasant.

They said the don't provide these boxes and ask me to bring my stuff in and they will put it in a box and ship. You can way better rates for shipping thank from this store. I will never never visit them again.
