I drove about 30 minutes to this location specifically to pick up UPS Express boxes after calling ahead to confirm they had them in stock. The employee on the phone said yes, they had the boxes — but never mentioned that they “don’t give them out.” When I arrived, I was told I couldn’t have any, which completely wasted my time and was very frustrating. The employee at the counter was rude, unhelpful, and seemed to have no interest in assisting customers. According to UPS’s own rules and service agreements, these Express boxes are not supposed to be withheld from customers who are creating their own UPS shipping labels — especially small business owners like myself who prepare and ship products from home. This kind of treatment makes it feel like The UPS Store doesn’t support small businesses at all. I’ve never had this issue in Los Angeles, where UPS locations are professional, respectful, and understand the needs of business customers. It must be a local problem here in Minnesota, because this experience does not reflect UPS’s brand standards or customer expectations. After reading many other reviews describing similar experiences, it’s clear that this location seriously needs to improve its customer service, employee training, and understanding of UPS policies. I plan to file a formal complaint with UPS corporate, because this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

Never been to a UPS store who won't let a customer use 10? inches of packing tape to seal a box without either making you buy a roll or charging you for packing the box. Shame on you. The UPS store on Southtown Center is very helpful and friendly. Idk who pissed in their cheerios at this store, but I wouldn't go here if it's easy for you to go elsewhere.
