- KKKathryn KeenanDec 19, 20251.0Delivery drivers took pics at end of driveway , laughed at us and drove away. No communication. Zero attempt. I have five kids fridge broke day before Thanksgiving . Snow came the first attempt they were very rude but I was understanding . I salted, cleared paths two either door of there choosing . ALL other cars and deliveries can make it in and out of driveway. Told them to drop it I will put it in since they won't and they just laughed and drove away quickly. Would not answer my calls or notify me of delivery issues . They knew they were not going to do it before they even pulled up . Very disappointed

Despite mild winter weather conditions, made it safely to my home with my delivery. Called to inform me of departure from wearhouse, and again about 45 minutes to arrival and again when coming to my door. Very thorough and professional process. Thanks You RXO
