Sadly, the delivery was pretty terrible. The guys arrived late/outside of the delivery window. They didn't seem familiar with moving a frame up a two flight staircase and had a lot of difficulty. They dinged my wall and knocked over some items. My biggest annoyance is that they wouldn't move the old bed frame into another room, yet they offer haul away services. It seems like a no-brainer to move something across the hall versus down the stairs and out the door. Pretty disappointed.

I Placed an order on Amazon for a treadmill and delivery was for January 7th then got rescheduled to the 14th and then rescheduled to the 28th and was able to get moved to the 21st and I was supposed to receive a call the night before for a delivery window and that did not happen and now when I check the status it’s stalled again! Shocker! So not sure how many more times this will get rescheduled and if the item will be damaged…or if I will even get my product!!!
