Burnet Title is built on a tradition of excellence and guided by a spirit of integrity throughout all aspects of the closing process. As your real estate title and closing provider, we want to assure satisfaction for everyone involved in the transaction, whether you are a buyer, seller, agent or lender.
When I came in to close 7/30, almost nobody in the office was wearing a mask, violating the statewide mask mandate. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable to sit in such a small space to close on my home with no one wearing a mask. Only Bonnie, the person who helped us with our paperwork for closing, and the person assisting her was wearing a mask. They were both great.

This is the most stressful closing I've had. Without calling out names the company didn't send out our closing documents on time and blamed FedEx, despite our warning the firm FedEx/UPS don't have a true overnight service to Hawai'i. We had to wait for our papers to get printed (you know the large stack of papers). Signed them warm off the Xerox. Of course some vital bits of paperwork were missed and had to be e-signed. Burnett didn't pass our contact information to the association of our new property, creating past due balances, and the bigger problem of trying to find the association. Spoke to a manager who blamed the association and sent us a "I'm sorry" $50 check after we paid $6k in closing costs. Choose a different title company, they're not all the same.

The staff here are professional and courtesy. Myself and wife closed on our new house on October 17, 2019 there. Granted the paperwork signing was like doing a book report on "War and Peace" still have cramps in my fingers. Lol.
