- LBLorna BarnettDec 29, 20251.0Very unhappy with their services. AIT is one of the delivery companies that IKEA uses to have their products delivered. I ordered a bookcase from IKEA in Nov, just before the holiday. The delivery was scheduled for the 1st week of Dec. Then, while it was confirmed to be on the truck headed for my home, the delivery was rescheduled to the following week with a 72-hour delivery window. AIT provided no further updates to narrow down that window, and failed to complete the delivery during that time. I called and spoke with both company's customer service teams. IKEA's team was very apologetic and wanted to resolve this. AIT's customer service team tried to negate blame and point fingers at IKEA, when AIT had already confirmed the failure occurred when the product was in their possession. At the time of posting this, it has been more than 30 days since I placed my order, have scheduled 3 different delivery dates, and AIT failed each time. I honestly wouldn't be this upset if AIT had just given me a "due to weather conditions" or "due to high demand/volume". The lack of accountability, responsibility, and general concern for upsetting customers of the companies they are contracted with is my big upset. I genuinely hope that businesses seeking to partner with them look elsewhere.
