I wish the other lady (the one whose been with USPS forever) loosened up a bit and was more pleasant... it really detracts from the service, in fact I am a regular and I have thought about switching to a farther USPS just to not have to interact with her. As a business owner of the small town of Dundas, it is too bad to see service like that.
