  Very busy place with the Amazon returns. That's to be expected. But I guess good help is hard to find, the last few times I have been in there, I have been assisted by a very unhappy/ unhelpful individual that has misdirected me.

  This place is a disaster. Employees seem constantly frazzled and confused. I receive notifications that a package has arrived, but when I get to the store I'm told they have no record of it. Amazon notifies me they've brought packages to the UPS Store, but employees will claim otherwise. I pay extra for locker service, but my packages are rarely put into my locker. When I ask why, I'm usually told that "there's a problem with the lockers today." These daily locker problems have been going on for months. I've had several packages go missing, either misplaced by employees or put into the wrong lockers and stolen by other customers. When I've been able to prove they've lost a package, they delay replacing it by carrying on "investigations" that go nowhere. They then promise to write a check to replace the package, but claim only the manager can do so. The manager is conveniently never there when I arrive. I am constantly frustrated by this UPS Store. They don't seem to have the desire or the ability to improve.

  Louise and Mary were exceptional in helping me. My package is lost and I have only received horrible information and customer service from corporate. Despite not having access to corporate information this franchised location really did the best they could to help me. More people within UPS should learn from Louise and Mary!
