It was a joke for every customer in there and the sole employee just getting through his day, which was probably hell. Cell service in the store is terrible so if you're doing Amazon returns, it takes forever to load. I'd avoid this store when possible. Do better. Wow. Edit to add: the response from the UPS store is astonishing. I was very understanding that the ONE person staffed was way in over their head and likely had no part in scheduling or hiring. Eye roll. I felt pretty bad for him and if you don't want reviews like this, staff your store.
