  Louise and Mary were exceptional in helping me. My package is lost and I have only received horrible information and customer service from corporate. Despite not having access to corporate information this franchised location really did the best they could to help me. More people within UPS should learn from Louise and Mary!

  The staff was very kind and helpful. Prices were great too. My package also arrived to its destination early, which was great!

  I called UPS store 2761 10 minutes before closing and spoke with Louis. I had a question about my tracking number for an AT&T equipment return. He was very polite, informative in answering my questions, and patient. He listened to my concerns and complaints about AT&T, took the time to look up my reference #, and gave his best advice as to handle the situation with the information he provided. Thank you Louis!!!

  Colin is absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help us on a Friday afternoon at the end of his shift and stayed late to make sure our customer was able to get documents notarized and on the last truck of the day. He was a lifesaver and I can't thank him enough. Nicely done Colin!!! Manager Doug, he's a keeper of an employee and you're lucky to have him!
