Louis at the central entrance location was a phenomenal help in helping me figure out how to acquire the QRC codes to make 5 returns where the QRC codes would not load in the emails provided. If not for Louis I would still have these packages to deal with so I am VERY thankful Louis was here to guide me.

Store # 2761 Sam helped me get my package wrapped and out for delivery . Excellent service, I felt bad taking so much of his time , he kept saying “no worries “Sam should get 10.00 instead of 3. I hope he is there when I need to send another package .

The team @ the UPS Store was kind, friendly & very helpful. Especially Louis that helped me on the phone with my pkg. I also take my friends to this location on Central Entrance #2761 due to wonderful customer service care they take w/the customer & pkgs. I would recommend this location to anyone who expects great service & a wonderful team! Thank you to Louis & team!
