- MDMaggie DarnellOct 14, 20231.0I gave a star because the lady working was incredibly nice. However, if my review was on the person she called who she said was her manager, I would give it 0 stars. My husband and I are from out of state. He was in the military so we lived in NC and that is where all of our banks are. We went in to get a money order a sale we recently made.The lady working was super sweet and had not done a money order this large so she wanted to call a co-worker and just make sure everything was done properly, which I totally understand. The first person she spoke with was a lady who she said was her manager. This is where the experience started to go downhill. We could hear the lady on the phone asking questions like "Do you know them personally", "Are they adults", "Do they have a government issued ID" and just a bunch of questions that made it sound like she thought we were doing something that we shouldn't be doing or as if we were not legal Americans. This ultimately ended up in us walking out because we were so bothered by the lady on the phone. So if you or your spouse are from out of state (even if you are a MN resident now) or they have been or are in the military and you use USAA to bank with, which does not have a branch anywhere nearby, I do not recommend this postal office. If you do decide to go, I hope you get the sweet lady who was actually working today. She was very kind and understanding!
