I was supposed to have a package delivered last Monday…it said it was delivered on or around my front porch…I live in an apartment building..there was no delivery…my friend who lives in the same apartment building has went through the same thing..she complained and was treated terribly…seems to me that the people that are in charge are nothing but bullies…when you lose a package own it instead of accusing you of lying..you who are in charge need to make sure the packages are delivered to the right person! I firmly stand with you Kirsty! You are a federal employee…my taxes pay your salary! Stop the bullying!

I called and put a grievance and the supervisor called me back and said she will take care of it and would call me back. Well she never did. So I went into the post office and the supervisor straight up called me a liar and to leave the store. And I said I need her supervisors name and she said no. I wanted the postmans name so I could file grievance that way. The post lady came out storming out from behind the desk and said leave My store now. I looked at her in shock. She came up to me and pushed me out of the store. Laid her hands on me and continued to push me out of the store with her chest. Unbelievable the abuse we as citizens have to go through the abuse. I called the cops and now am pressing assault charges on her.

We know because we get informed delivery & we had outgoing mail with the flag up on our mailbox. Checked the box in the evening. Outgoing mail was still there and no mail delivered. Also is delivering our mail to neighbors and neighbors mail to us. Today didn't deliver any mail even though informed delivery indicated 5 letters including 2 credit cards coming by mail. Can't even find a local phone number for our post office to let them know the problem.
