- SPShari Priddy2 days ago1.0I have called the listed number more times than I can count! It transfers my number to an "operator" then rings multiple times and then gives me a busy signal. I never have been able to reach anybody! This is in regards to a package containing medication for someone else that was transferred to me in another state! The person in Detroit Lakes actually needs this medication ASAP! What a waste of my time!

I ordered a 400$ dollar package and it had to be shipped USPS (hate that already) to my house, once it arrived the box was absolutely way to big to go into a mailbox, and the mail man proceeded to shove it in and it took a lot of strength to get it because I'll to you what, it took all my strength to take it out and ended up damaging my mailbox in the process of trying to remove it which took me at least 5 minutes to remove it. Like dude could've got out of the vehicle and walked 6 steps and dropped it off at my doorstep. But instead no, just had to shove it in the mailbox. Ill be calling tomorrow when they're open to tell them this. Because this is unacceptable. If it was my father who would've grabbed the mail it would've been different because he has severe arthritis is both arms, he probably never would've got it out without me. If you can choose to ship and not use USPS just do it these guys suck period. They have 2.3 star rating for a reason.
