The day it arrived at the Dent PO was a snowy day and we did not get delivery, as the carrier didn't want to drive in our driveway. There was no note left in the mailbox, notifying me that I should go to the PO to pick up the package. The pkg sat in the Dent PO for 2 weeks and then was returned to sender. I learned this after my friend gave me the tracking number. I went to the PO to find some answers and the woman working there said, yes, she remembered that box and wondered why it was there! DUH! A few months later I tried to mail a package to FL. She coded it wrong and it wandered around the country for 2 months before the mistake was finally caught and corrected. Unless I only need stamps, I go to the Perham PO now. I've learned my lesson.

They are both 100% disabled vets with medical issues, in the country, with a long drive way that in the winter is a death trap and right now it's icy and muddy. Tell your drivers to either bring all the mail, or call us to pick it up at the post office, I'm tired of your drivers putting my grandparents health at risk!
