General note for business, probably not a good look to toss a package, trudge through the yard in the rain and be glued to your YouTube video. Not sure what y'all's mission statement is though, maybe its chill.

They don't tell you that you have to buy or bring a USB drive; it is NOT provided. And they won't email you, because "the email might be wrong." Go to Walgreens. They'll print it in a matter of minutes, and they let you enter your email and will send you a link to download the image.
