I went to return an item I had a Q R code from and they tried verbally fighting with me to purchase a package to ship it when I had instructions from the merchant that FedEx would package it and ship it for free. I even showed it to them and they didn't care and continued to try fighting with me. I told them they should bring up the program with higher management if they had issues with the merchants instructions and policies. I left. Not okay.
