Long story short a very expensive 2000 ring of mine got sent to the wrong place. -After calling the main USPS hotline, whose AI is garbage and once you get on the line everyone is rude, no help-. Not in the case of the ladies who answer the phone at the 126 S River St in Cook. These ladies have let me call and given me answers and have been trying to help me recover my package for my family. Great to hear and see people still care about their customers and want to help!
