Do yourself a favor and buy your shipping label printer and print your own labels. I have one but was visiting for family for the holidays and I usually ship a box of crap I buy to send home. They are ripping people off on shipping prices! I put same exact dimensions and weight and if I was to print my own label it was $30 cheaper. I don’t know how they are doing this. A 18 x 12 x 10 costs $50 lol. A bigger box I sent that was pretty light costs $97 . Don’t ship crap out of here. I went along with it cause I was flying out next day. The shipping costs more than what I put in box lol

It was partially our fault for being 15 minutes late but we had 2- 15 min appt for 2 for passports. They told us to come back another day without even asking for our names or allowing at least 1 person to get theirs done. They claimed they were booked. We are pretty sure they lied because the lot was empty and no one was coming in. We also had 2 separate photo only appointments that we were not late on. No one else ever showed up in the 45 minutes we were there!
When we returned a few days later with a new appointment for 2 passports, we were not only 20 minutes early, they made us wait half an hour! What they had to say was “she JUST went on lunch” ..when she returned 30-40 minutes later, she made it very well known that she went on lunch knowing we had an appointment! She said “I don’t know why they do ‘this’” .. do what?! I don’t know how you knew you had appointments and couldn’t wait until after or before! Just to mention, there was no other person there for passports but us!
I do not recommend this place. We only went here as our work/school schedules only fitted well with this location. They get 1 star for having availability but they can’t even make it to their own appointments. Terrible service.

Absolutely terrible passport service. Make an appointment, show up at the time you’re told to, and then you stand around for 20 minutes before you decide to leave because there’s too many people in line and they are understaffed. I was told. It’s also the holiday season is another thing I was told. Office office has always been understaffed, getting told to wait when you make an appointment Add a government place that make sense though. Really bad post office. Now I’ll go waste more of my time and make Have to make another appointment at a different location. Thanks for nothing circle Pines.
