- DSDanielle ShoreyDec 31, 20251.0The post office itself is fine - however the person that delivers our mail is terrible. I’ve filed complaints about them putting packages into our mailbox that are too big and are being wedged in there. I’ve had to rip apart packages trying to get them out. The one that is currently STUCK was too big to be put in there in the first place. It’s wedged in there so tight it won’t even move. I called to file a complaint and have the package delivered to our doorstep and was told too bad have your mail placed on hold that’s the only way to fix this constant issue. Needless to say NOT IMPRESSED! Very simple fix - correct the driver’s actions and explain why it’s a problem. If it continues put a different person on the route. Once again experiencing this same problem with a package being stuck in our mailbox with absolutely NO help from the manager at our post office. When I asked who he reports to he became very rude and told me to figure it out myself because he doesn’t even know. This is unacceptable behavior from management and does not help anyone whatsoever. There will be a formal complaint filed with the USPS to deal with this entire situation.
