  Dhaval Raju is a man of integrity, he works hard and helps people with all his heart and with all his soul. He stands out from all other people with his humanity and care for people. I am very pleased with this man and his work. Can you please do it again? I am very grateful. May you always be successful in your work. When I went to the UPS store and asked for advice from this person, he dropped everything he was doing and spent hours helping me with all his heart and soul. I am so grateful to this person for everything. He listens to everyone and serves with a smile. Thank you. It's no wonder that we have so many people like this. We have developed a lot and people love each other.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at The UPS Store in Chaska. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and very helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process quick and stress-free. Customer service here is excellent — you can really tell they care about their customers. The store is clean, well-organized, and efficiently run. I truly appreciate their patience and positive attitude. I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs shipping, printing, or notary services. I will definitely be coming back!

  I returned an Amazon item at the UPS Store, and Muhammad made the whole process unbelievably quick and easy. He was polite, efficient, and super friendly. The return took less than a minute! Truly outstanding service — highly recommend this location.
