- TDTodd DeckardNov 17, 20251.0You are better off putting your valuables in a paper sack, scrawling an address on the side with a crayon and flinging it out onto HWY5. It is more likely that a curious passerby will pick it up and throw it out the window some ways closer to its destination than FedEx is going to get it there. Furthermore, when it is really important there will be no way to speak with a human agent to try to resolve the issue. FedEx used to have one of the most powerful brands and they have run it into the ground.
