- FGFilipp GorelikSep 22, 20252.0Out of necessity – because there is not another UPS store within a reasonable driving distance – I have been coming here for over a year, almost exclusively to return Amazon packages, a task that usually takes no longer than 30 seconds. Unfortunately, over the same period of time, I have noticed a clear deterioration in service from what is clearly a location overwhelmed by demand and not staffed or equipped adequately. When you have a new trainee performing complicated tasks that require constant supervision from the only other employee at the location, plus that same supervisor triple multitasking with other clients, while there is a line sneaking out the door, you need to recognize that you have to expand to more than two registers and/or optimize workflow such that you can delegate simpler tasks to less experienced employees. Otherwise, instead of being a center of service to the community you become a bottleneck in anybody’s day of running errands.
