Was told that tape isn't free for the flat rate boxes. Which every other location has always pit tape on flate rate with no lecture. Keep ot consistent already. Either it is free with shipping flate rate or it's not. I don't care either way. But don't treat me rudely over it and say you're doing me a great favor by not charging me. It's consistent on how poorly you get treated at this location. If you hate your job that much, move on. Don't take it out on people because you are miserable.
- JJJoshJun 3, 20251.0You lied. Carrier claimed that they "attempted re-delivery" at 3:49 pm on June 2nd 2025, except I was home at that time and I have cameras showing no postal carrier showing up. You're already the worst rated post office in the area, and now you're caught in an obvious lie.
- BBBeehApr 1, 20241.0Absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced as a business owner. I had 3 packages that were scheduled to be picked up but was not picked up until a day later. During the pickup next day we’ve also had 3 incoming DHL packages that were delivered. The mail man without verifying the packages took the 3 DHL packages thinking they were the 3 that were outgoing. He claims he scanned the DHL packages and they went through their system which is incorrect. If he actually looked at the label when he claimed he scanned he would’ve seen that they are not outgoing USPS packages. Today I spoke with the DHL driver and he confirmed USPS scanner would not be able to scan DHL shipping Labels. I also spoke with the USPS manager named Long. He basically didn’t want to deal with me stating he will get the driver on the phone “because he doesn’t want to go back and forth me with arguing about this situation.”

In the past I have tracked meds to the post office and they said they haven't seen them.i know the area is growing but still hire people who aren't thieves.
