However, there was a very strong smell of "body odor" in the store at the time of my visit. Again, I know this is a sensitive subject - but it was undeniable.

On top of that the lady that was helping me with returns was extremely short with me and another customer and very annoyed acting. Hopefully they get her to shower/ and wear deodorant…. or get some air fresheners 🤮 and teach the staff how to be polite to customers …
- AJAshley JJan 11, 20262.0Had some Amazon returns at 2:30 Sunday that just needed labels printed. I let the person know and they proceeded to say okay and just stood there. I asked if there was an email to send to and they stated yes under the packages on the counter. Sent the labels and they were printed paid for them and at first never asked what label goes to the packages as they printed out. Asked right as I was walking away and I asked to see the labels so I could compare label numbers to the package and tell them what box was for which lable. They stated they had the lable and that’s not what they were asking(very rude.) I said I just wanted to check the liable compared to the Amazon image I was looking at to give them the right box to put it on. Let them know and they said Thanks and walked off. The entire interaction was very rude from the start I felt like they couldn’t be bothered to help.
