I have worked to recruit people for temp jobs and I have worked as a temp through other agencies and Burnsville office team has always helped me and have given me jobs that allow me to gain experience I wouldn't be able to gain by myself. Lets face it, interviews are always up to you to pass, the office team can't help you with that but they ALWAYS provide tips on ways to prepare for interviews and they send you information about the jobs and companies you are going to work for. They try their hardest to get you hired on permanently but ultimately, their job is to get you through the door, it is YOUR job to keep those jobs and to choose to stay there. If you aren't offered a job, it isnt their fault, it is either yours OR they just didn't have to ability or couldn't hire you. Also, if any complaints are brought up about your work ethic the office team immediately calls you to let you know and to help you fix this. They are a great team and I appreciate them. -Andie
- JRJessica RemingtonJan 22, 20191.0I was set up twice for a FaceTime interview. The first time they had a miscommunication, the second time they didn’t move it in their calendars. I was told that they have a staffing issue. The reflects poorly on them and the company’s that they represent. I asked to speak to the manager to give feedback and of course she was to busy. How frustrating. If you can not hold to your commitments please don’t set them up. You are effecting others days and possibilities of jobs.
