Waited 30+ minutes for someone to finally help and she almost skipped over me. Yelled at me from not bringing a pink slip even though I NEVER got one because the person who shipped the package to me forgot my unit number. Was given a whole rant about needing a pink slip. The guy who ended up finding my package was nice but overall a terrible experience. They made me feel like I was in the wrong when I wasn’t. I understand they’re understaffed but it doesn’t hurt to be a little more nice. If I could give a 0 I would.
